These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the hv99 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By visiting the hv99 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. 1. Introduction & Applicability
1.1 General Information

1.2 Age & Eligibility Requirements

2.3 Account Termination
hv99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
To deposit funds on hv99, you must use an accepted mobile banking method available in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
- Use only a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may be forfeited.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the following conditions are not met:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.
- Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the most recent deposit.
3.3 Payment Liability
hv99 is not responsible for any funds lost as a result of incorrect payment details being provided. It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify that the information entered during a transaction is correct.
4. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Maximum example: a deposit of ৳32,000 earns a ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Terms
The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
- Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount).
- Example: a bonus of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not possible until wagering is complete.
- If wagering is not completed before the bonus is cancelled, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
hv99 actively works to prevent abuse of any promotional offer. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in account termination:
- Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to withdraw winnings by circumventing bonus terms.
- Using artificial or collusive betting methods.
- Claiming a bonus multiple times using false identities.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy
hv99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games on the platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of outcomes.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.

- Operating an account using another person's identity.

11.1 VIP Tiers
The hv99 VIP programme has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. hv99 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers.
11.2 Cashback Terms
Cashback is calculated each week according to specific rules and credited to the member's account. To earn cashback, the account must be active and must not have any active restrictions.
